When I originally began practicing yoga it was to balance out my body, soon I discovered that yoga balanced out the rest of my life. it is a journey that continues to have a positive effect on my mind, body and life everyday.


Tina bring the insights of many teachers into her classes. Her passion for yoga is to inspire and motivate her students to lengthen, strengthen and have increased body awareness. For everyone to enjoy all of the benefits that yoga has to offer. A former marathon runner she understands how important it is to maintain flexibility and total body health.


She likes to make yoga fun and challenging to stimulate and bring peace to the mind. Be true to yourself, honour yourself and your body. Live life to the fullest!!. Open your body, hear and mind
